Guatemala Antigua Camec
This 100% Arabica, the crown jewel of central american coffees, is grown on a highland valley nested among volcanos. Custom roasted to bring out its wide range of fruity, spicy and cocoa aromas, it is a well balanced cup with incredible complexity. Being a high grown bean of the highest grade (SHB - Strictly Hard Bean), this SO bean allowed me to get it to very high temperatures in the roaster, bringing it further down the maillard chain of reactions. Without a doubt, it is best as an espresso and any espresso milk-based drinks. Once tried, you can't get enough of it.
