This rare and highly prized coffee is made up of 100% arabica yellow bourbon species. It is complex with layers of semi-dark sweetness, dry fruit, berries and yes, walnuts and almonds. It is also rich in semi-sweet chocolate flavours and aroma with spices, citrus and floral notes. A complex and creamy cup. It is versatile bean as either a classic SO espresso or a nutty-chocolaty drip brew. You can't go wrong with this bean.
