This coffee is sweet and fruity with layers of dried fruit, raisins, apricot and prunes. It is juicy with medium body and a lingering aftertaste of sweetness; a perfect cup for breakfast. This coffee comes from Zamora, a highland city in Southeastern Ecuador, located where the Amazon rainforest and the Andes mountains merge; it is also known as the City of Birds and Waterfalls. With its almost perfect setting from mother nature, this 100% arabica organic coffee is painstakingly grown by many independent smallholdings. After collecting and sorting, they are washed and fermented overnight before setting out for drying under the sun.
