This amazing rare lot of coffee boosts a complex fruitiness, dominated by a honey-caramel sweetness, with some fresh red berry scent. The aromatics add orange marmalade to caramel, with a bit of dried apricot and fig.Roasted medium to medium-dark for a delicate to piquant acidity, amazing fruitiness and a smooth finish. It also has a well defined peachy flavour and bright with black currant in the background. Truly a multifaceted, complex coffee.
