Colombia Santander

This 100% arabica coffee is grown in the region of Bucaramanga on the plateau of Columbia Andes and benefits from very good climatic conditions. Juicy and fruity sweetness with notes of honey, grapes and apples. Dark roasted for a truly satisfying cup with medium body and a chocolaty mouthfeel. This is a high grown bean so I could roast it at very high temperature and make it darker. The result is a very distinctive sweet cup of espresso or drip coffee.  As an espresso and other espresso-based drinks, its sweet like nectar and berries and the sweetness blends with the milk. As a drip or french press, its sweet and toasty, a rare and bountiful combination.
