Taiwan Jin Xuan Milk

Our Jin Xuan Milk Oolong Tea(奶香金萱) originates from Taiwan.  As its name suggests, this tea is characterised by a special milk-like fragrance and taste. It is special because its milky aroma is natural.

This tea is grown in the famous A-Li Mountains in Taiwan. At the elevation of 1,000 to 1,600, the mountainsides are covered with fog or clouds which are ideal for growing Oolong. Very popular in Taiwan, this varietal is also gaining popularity in the rest of the world.

Fill the teapot 1/4 to 1/3 full with tea leaves, or 2 grams of tea leaves for every 150ml of water if you are not using Yixing teapot. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 100°c (212°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
